I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks to you for helping to make our wedding day incredibly special. Everything about our interaction with Milsom’s has been seamless. On the day, from the welcome, to seeing the Hangar for the first time, to the food and the service, to being guided gently through the day by Geoff, in an effortlessly professional yet really personal way – everything surpassed our expectations. But mostly Catherine, your support, experience and brilliant attention to detail in organising our ‘party’ with us has been exceptional. I was (we were) incredibly touched that you had upgraded our room to one of your best rooms. It was a really fabulous piece of luxury! We have received endless comments about the day, and mostly our guests were struck by how wonderful the Hangar was. But it is not just about the building; it really is your team who make the venue so special, and the atmosphere and the cool, calm and collected running of the day.
