Words cannot express how thankful we are to you and your team for such an amazing day. The day exceeded anything we could have wished for and a lot of that is thanks to your team for making everything run so smoothly.
A massive thank you to Jess for all her hard work in the lead up to the day. I don’t think she said ‘no’ to one single request of ours, and was always very efficient at replying, friendly and easy to deal with. She took a huge amount of stress away from the lead up to the wedding and I am incredibly thankful for that as it allowed me to enjoy the weeks before without getting too stressed.
Matt was absolutely fantastic on the day. He looked after us and our guests beyond anything we could have imagined. He was attentive, thoughtful and we both felt so well looked after from the moment we arrived. Little details like saving canopies back for us, checking we always had the drinks we wanted, and checking we were okay with the evening set up etc (which I would have completely missed if he hadn’t showed me) were just small examples of how he went above and beyond to look after us and ensure we were happy with every single detail of our day. There was also a female waitress who’s name I can’t remember who looked after us really well on the day too.
We knew we had picked a special venue but it exceeded our expectations more than we could have ever hoped for!
